Before founding Falis, he was Vice President-Franchise Operation with Millennium Schools. His constant drive & team management skills resulted to 24 (Twenty Four) K12 Schools operational in his last assignment with an aggregate investment of about ₹ 4800mn by the investors.
Prior to that he held multiple positions in Business Development, Land Acquisition, Property Acquisition, Franchise Selling, retail operation in various corporate MNC and India corporate some of them are Walmart, Franchise India and Pepsi.
Gyan also guides an NGO, for setting up an e-school and women livelihood support initiatives in rural areas of western Uttar Pradesh. Apart from work, he can also be seen engaging himself in Yoga, listening music and cycling.
Kamlesh Kumar, holds an MBA in Finance with over 20 years of experience in analyzing and strategizing financials for top notch companies. He has been instrumental in laying our financial strategies, Data Analysis, presenting MIS analysis and Business Reports, Planning and Execution of budgets.
He started his career with Tata Teleservices and moved onto becoming the General Manager with Franchise India Brands today. With a career spanning over two decades, his expertise lies in planning, implementing and executing projects to ensure businesses take on a high profit career graph and good turnovers. Monitoring cash flows, handling financial transactions and ensuring profitable investments for brands and organizations, has been his key focus and he has achieved tremendous success in this field.
